- Chiropractic is a vitalistic and holistic approach that promotes a higher level of health and wellness. Instead of focusing solely on treating symptoms, this approach aims to improve overall health by removing interferences caused by "subluxations" (misalignments) in the spine and other joints in the body. A misaligned joint can cause inflammation to the surrounding tissue, create pain, and limit range of motion. A chiropractic adjustment is focused to release joint restrictions, improve proper joint range of motion, and realign any misaligned joint. This approach allows for better communication between the brain and body. Correcting these interferences returns the body back to its natural innate healing power, leading to benefits beyond just pain relief. A chiropractic appointment can range between a 5-10 minutes.

- Manual therapy is therapeutic massage focused on re-organization of dysfunctional soft tissue. Soft tissue includes muscles, ligaments, scar tissue, fascia, vasculature, and fluids like lymph and cerebral spinal fluid. It is the use of hands-on techniques like soft tissue mobilization, manual traction, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, joint mobilization, passive and active range of motion, and much more. Each treatment is customized to each patients needs. Patients with an acute personal injury, recovering from surgery, and/or have chronic conditions such as migraines, TMJ-D, frozen shoulder, stiff neck, lower back stiffness, and sciatica benefit from this type of treatment. Expect an additional 8-15 minutes to your appointment when requesting manual therapy work.

- Neuro Re-education is a physiotherapy/ physical therapy technique that retrains the nervous system to improve movement, coordination, and balance. It works by using repetitive movements and stimulation to restore proper communication between the brain and muscles, which can be disrupted by personal injury, illness, or neurological conditions. The goal is to restore normal functional movement patterns. Expect an additional 8-15 minutes to your appointment when requesting neuro re-education work.
